1. Who we are

Autilogix LLC operates autilogix.com and the Autilogix applications available at app.autilogix.com. When we say "Autilogix," "we," "us," or "our," we mean Autilogix LLC.

2. What data we collect

We collect information you provide directly: account registration data (name, email), usage data (which features you use, when, and anonymized session-interaction recordings via Microsoft Clarity), assessment responses, and communication preferences. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Assessment responses are used solely to provide and improve the service to you.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to: provide and improve Autilogix products; personalize your experience; send transactional emails (account confirmation, receipts); communicate product updates when you have opted in; and comply with legal obligations.

4. Data storage and security

The marketing site is delivered through Cloudflare Pages, while application services are hosted separately. Data may be stored on servers in the United States. We use encrypted connections in transit and restrict access to personal data to people and service providers that need it to operate the service.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also request a copy of your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@autilogix.com. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies

The marketing site uses Microsoft Clarity to understand visits and usability. Clarity may set cookies and record interactions such as mouse movement, clicks, and scrolling; sensitive text and form inputs are configured to be masked. The application uses strictly necessary cookies for session management and authentication. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

7. Third-party services

We use Cloudflare for marketing-site delivery and security, Microsoft Clarity for usability insights, Clerk for authentication, Stripe for payment processing, and application-hosting and email providers to operate product and support services. Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms and our applicable service arrangements.

8. Children

Autilogix products are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, contact us immediately at info@autilogix.com.

9. Changes to this policy

We will notify registered users of material changes to this policy by email. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
